Mrs. Vodapelli Pranathi is an experienced academician and Training and Placement Officer with over 10 years of experience in placing students. She holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and has 4.5 years of experience as the Head of the Department of Cyber Security. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Machine Learning at JNTUH.
She is currently working as a Placement Officer, where she is responsible for helping students secure placements in reputed MNCs and other leading companies. She regularly organizes training programmes, CRT sessions, Aptitude and Communication skill programmes, Workshops, Seminars, Guest lectures, Hackathons, and industry-oriented activities to improve students' employability skills.
She has helped 4,500+ students get placed and have contributed to more than 3,000 student success stories. She also encourages students to pursue global certifications, participate in projects, and gain practical exposure through industrial visits. Her continuous efforts help students develop the skills and confidence required to succeed in their professional careers.

M Jyothi Reddy serves as the Training & Placement Officer at TKR College of Engineering and Technology, bringing three years of specialized expertise in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, and corporate liaisoning. Functioning as a strategic bridge between academia and industry, she fosters robust partnerships across leading Multinational Corporations (MNCs) as well as emerging Tier 2, 3, and 4 enterprises to secure diverse career opportunities for students across core engineering and technology sectors. Beyond facilitating recruitment drives, she oversees end-to-end employability enhancement initiatives, designing comprehensive pre-placement modules that encompass quantitative aptitude, technical upskilling, and professional soft skills. Dr JJB Vijay Vardhan

Dr. J. J. B. Vijay Vardhan is a Professor of English, ELT Specialist, Verbal Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Phonetician, and Teacher Trainer with around 25 years of professional experience in English Language Teaching, communication skills, and placement training. He holds a Ph.D. in English from Osmania University, with research interests in English language teaching and communication skills.
He has extensive experience teaching and training students in engineering, management, and higher-education institutions, and has also worked internationally in the Republic of Maldives, Ethiopia, and Uzbekistan. He also served in TCS as a language expert. His areas of expertise include English communication, phonetics, soft skills, verbal ability and employability skills.
He has also contributed to research and academic publications, authored a book, and been involved in research supervision, faculty development, curriculum development, and institutional training initiatives. His professional focus is on helping students and faculty develop effective communication, confidence, employability, and professional skills.
