Department of Data Science Felicitation Ceremony
As a gesture of appreciation for their valuable contribution to the Alumni Interaction Session on " Career Guidance & Opportunities – Career Insights and Growth ," our esteemed Principal, Dr. A. Industrial Visit for IV B.Tech ECE students to Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, TKR College of Engineering & Technology, organized an Industrial Visit for IV B.Tech ECE students to Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, on 31st July 2026. The visit provided students with practical exposure to India's defence manufacturing sector, including advanced electronics, missile systems, production processes, quality assurance, and industrial practices, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications. The department sincerely thanks Dr. A. Ramaswamy Reddy, Principal, for his continuous encouragement, Dr. A. Theja Reddy, Head of the Department, for his guidance, Mrs. Jyothi, Training & Placement Officer, and the Training & Placement Cell for their coordination. Special gratitude is extended to the BDL management and technical team for their warm hospitality and informative sessions.

HackIndia Spark-11 is a prestigious 36-hour innovation sprint that brings together talented student developers, designers and problem-solvers from across India to build impactful solutions to real-world challenges. Following a nationwide evaluation of 530 participating teams comprising 1,613 members, only 67 teams were shortlisted for the next stage. TKR College of Engineering and Technology (TKRCET), Hyderabad, proudly congratulates Ch. Dhriti, II Year CSE-B, and N. Nithyasri, II Year CSM-D, shortlisted for “SHE TOUCH – Woman Dermal Safety Patch,” and G. Yashaswi, CSE-B, and Sreeja, IT, shortlisted for “PharmaShield AI: AI-Powered Counterfeit Medicine Detection and Verification System.”This proud achievement reflects the encouragement of the Management, the leadership of Dr. A. We are delighted to share that the Seminar on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) was successfully completed today, 28.07.2026, at TKRCET – R&D.
The seminar provided valuable insights into OBE, Course Outcomes (COs), Course Attainment, Programme Outcomes (POs), and the step-by-step OBE process, which will be highly useful for faculty members in strengthening academic quality and supporting NBA accreditation activities. We sincerely thank the Resource Person, Dr. M.Jagadeesh Chandra Prasad, Dean, IQAC for sharing his valuable knowledge, expertise, and practical guidance. Thank you to the Management, Principal, R&D Cell, and all the faculty members for their valuable support and active participation in making the seminar a grand success.

Department of ECE,TKRCET is thrilled to announce that the Alumni Expert Talk on "Physical Design in VLSI: Exploring the World of Silicon Design" was conducted with great success today!
The session provided our III B.Tech ECE students with invaluable industry insights into physical design flow, key concepts, semiconductor tools, and exciting career opportunities in VLSI backend design. A heartfelt thank you to our distinguished speaker and proud alumnus, Nikhil Danthamala (Senior Design Engineer at Blaize Semiconductors), for taking the time to guide, interact with, and inspire his juniors with his rich expertise and journey! We are delighted to announce that the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Artificial Intelligence has been established in our department.
As part of this initiative, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with PGC Consulting Group to strengthen industry-academia collaboration. This partnership will provide our students and faculty with opportunities for industry-oriented training, certification programs, internships, live projects, research collaborations, expert sessions, and enhanced placement support in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
