About IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is established to develop a mechanism for systematic reviews of study programs, and to ensure quality teaching-learning, research, knowledge generation and support services standards at an acceptable level.
The IQAC assures the stakeholders i.e., students, parents, teachers, staff, Management, employers, funding agencies and society in general – of the accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution and its concern for ensuring quality of education being imparted.
Internal Quality Assurance System is a step towards Excellence. The IQAC of TKRCET, organizes orientation programmes for faculty, administrative staff and the students. It conducts open forum to provide inter face between students and officials of the college. A continuous follow up has been made on infrastructural resources of the college to assure adequate, appropriate and better facilities to assure conducive and enabling environment for teaching, learning, evaluation and research. Through all these measures the IQAC happens to be one of the important components of the college which ensures quality and continuous improvement in all the units / aspects of the college.
The Principal of TKRCET, Dr. A.Ramswami Reddy is the Chairperson and Dr. M.Jagadeesh Chandra Prasad, Professor of ECE is the Dean of the IQAC. The IQAC Committee includes all stakeholders — students, alumni, department and section heads, management, administration, local community and industry experts.

2. Ensuring relevance and quality of academic and research programs
3. Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning
4. Ensuring credibility of evaluation procedures
5. Research sharing and networking with other institutions in India and abroad
IQAC QUALITY POLICY
• Adhere to standards set by higher educational regulators (UGC, NAAC, AICTE and University).
• Benchmark practices, processes, procedures, systems, and standards to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Initiate curriculum design, development, and delivery aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
• Appoint qualified, experienced, and committed staff members as per UGC guidelines.
• Improve teacher quality by encouraging participation in workshops, conferences, seminars, and higher qualifications.
• Provide orientation, training, and support for the effective use of ICT in teaching, learning, and evaluation.
• Conduct internal tests regularly and ensure proper evaluation and tabulation of marks.
• Facilitate academic improvement and student progress.
• Motivate students for career advancement.
• Conduct special classes for better academic outcomes.
• Recognize and appreciate student leadership, service, creativity, and excellence.
